Kite Hill - grading has started. My favorite memory of my Dad, who had passed away, was literally flying kites there.

The parking lots are more detrimental than walkable developments like Keowee Trail. For the most part, student housing developments down Hwy 93 toward Central are commuters _ not sure the city planners envisioned the that way.
