Turk had been scalding hot on the par 5's all week. None on the front 2 today. He birdied 9 just to give it back on 10. Even for the day, and now 2 shots off the lead. He's -17 and the leader 3 holes in front of him is -19. Turk needs to find magic on the back 9. Probably needs 4 birdies. Looks like-21 could win or tie. Come on Turk.
Lucas and Jacob need good days. Sam with a good day can increase his payday.

From a guy who couldn't fire straight or long...except by accident! 
Convince me that pairing Brian Harman and Lucas Glover wouldn't be a deadly combo...best ball or alternate shot. Especially in Europe since, as I understand it, the course will be set up to mitigate the US players driving ability. (Actually, I thought everyone on the planet drove 300 yards...'cept me)
Especially on best ball...one of them would always have a decent shot angle, regardless the lie.
My (inflation-adjusted) two centavos!

Lauren was T-21st Place heading into he final Hole . . . a Birdie @ 18 would have moved her into a T-16th Place . . .
Unfortunately, she found a bogey and it dropped her into a T-28th Place. 3 Under for the day is still a strong round . . . Congratulations Lauren!!!

as play is Suspended in Atlanta, appears to be focused and playing well . . . currently, he is 3 Under through his first 7 Holes . . . and 10 Under for the Tournament . . . currently sitting in sole possession of 9th Place.
MyfavOrange boy, Scottie, is playing better also . . . but neither can catch Viktor at this point.

I think he’s done. Had a very good round going too. Hate it for him…but not the kind of mental toughness you need for the Ryder Cup.

Point taken…and maybe ‘lack of’ is the wrong way to say it. You don’t get to where these guys are by ‘lacking’ anything really. Unfortunately for Lucas, those other guys you mention (and others) are just bigger names. I would LOVE to see him make it…would be very happy for him and his family…let’s just say I would be pleasantly surprised if he does. He had the opportunity to make a statement this weekend, and he did not.

In my opinion. Heck, he went toe to toe with Rory for two days last week...not that it's the same, but...what the heck! He's playing as well as anyone not named Hovland, who is on another planet at the moment...and Xander in Hovland's planetary rings! That was an exhibition those two put on yesterday!!!
By the way, did you all catch the 'trivia' about Hovland and Glover being the first pair of golfers to go back-to-back since 1950...couple guys by the names of Hogan and Sarazen, if I recall correctly. Seventy-plus years since these past four weeks were repeated.

Jacob can't get anything going. Way too many missed fairway. And either his approach shots are off or his putting. Either way, he's missed some layup holes. Namely 10, then bogeyed. Oh well, he put himself in position to secure his card. Now he's still got to play well in at least one of the remaining 3 tournaments.

Jacob gutted it out. He missed a short birdie putt on 17. Would have given him a t3 and 3 more spots in points. Hats off to Thomas who finished 3rd... kinda bad luck for Jacob because the fella had 2 par 4 eagles.
Should be enough for Jacob to get his card. 931 in points without a win is skrong. Glad he gets 3 weeks off. He's played in every tournament. Proud of all them and hopefully Sam can make magic in September. I think Bryson is out with the new system.
