Very little. They are on the same level as the SEC to the weak NCAA.

They should forfeit all games with teams that they have proof tickets were bought for and a Bowl/Playoff post season ban for the number of years they bought tickets If they shared info that team should get the same punishment, forfeit of games possibly affected and post season ban (if not bowl eligible for that season, the ban is extended to cover years they would be eligible).
