Scott on Clemson staff?

I just heard a caller on Finebaum say that he has been hired as "an analyst and recruiting coordinator."

I consider the source to be very unreliable. I've heard the rumors, but nothing factual.

Anybody have any solid info?

That sounds like the original line parroted early on. He wanted the Spring off and would re-visit in the summer. I really don't think anything has changed.

According to his wife Sara he is not taking a paying job in 2023 but may visit with some coaches and give his opinion if asked.

Dabo announced today that Will Gilchrist has been hired to help out Bill Spiers with Special Teams.
Gilchrist was at USF with Jeff Scott last year. We need to stay tuned for future real news about Jeff.

Normally with Headcoach Contract if they take another paying Job within a year they lose half of their money. I think Scott basically has to take a non paying job to avoid missing out on contract Payment from USF.

I kept hearing he was hired same day as Riley but never heard anything official. He might be an analyst in some capacity this year. Then next year come on full-time?
