Clemson doesn't care about basketball....as evidenced by Brown-L getting 14 years.

What some never think about, or consider, and that is the usuc admin don't give a crap about losing, they're use to it, and it doesn't bother them at all, and their 100 plus years of losing is all the proof needed. The coots like to blame Clemson, and their admin is very happy about that bc they don't have to worry about much pressure coming from the fan base, and demanding they get off the money that it will take to pay a winning HC to come there and turn that grease pit into a winning FB program.

If we Clemson fans think about it, the Clemson admin wasn't really willing to spend the money for a winning FB coach at Clemson. Dabo was the luckiest FB hire that Clemson ever hired, and he was cheap for his first 4 or 5 years. But once the admin saw what they had with Dabo, and with all the sure good he represented for Clemson, and his Jock graduation rate, then and only then were they willing pay what he worth bc his worth help to grow a lot around Clemson. It was a win/win paying Dabo to keep him after he proved what he could do for Clemson as the Clemson head football coach!!!!

What is money going to do for them? Seriously. They hired Spurrier and Holtz but those guys were past prime trying to prove something. Does anyone really think even if USC was willing to shell out $10million they could get Saban or Kirby or Lincoln Riley? Money isn’t going to solve their problems, unless they start handing out the millions to the top 10 best players in every class.

I don't think Spurrier and Holtz were too old for the job. The bottom line is NOBODY can make a coot look like anything other than a turd.
