We have to throw the ball successfully sooner or later.

We absolutely have to use clock and keep the ACC Player of the Year off the field, but it seems likely we will fall behind at some point. We had a 14 point lead last week running the ball and that didn't hold up. Teams prepare for and adjust to what you do best, so you have to be able to do both to beat even mediocre teams.

Unfortunately, the panacea for our offensive woes and lack of overall team confidence is more effective QB play and that doesn't seem to be an option until next year.
