If (giant IF) ND were to go to the ACC and we add another team is there a clause in the ESPN contract that allows us to renegotiate? I would suspect that there are clauses that protect each with regards to conference expansion/depletion but I'm not sure.

What if ND/whoever join the ACC and then we renegotiate our TV package between ESPN and NBC? It seems like ESPN is trying to build up the Big XII and will just let the ACC slide into football irrelevancy. If NBC is interested in making a major splash in college football their chance could be with the ACC/ND.
