Personality wise who makes a better HC?

I believe TE will make a great HC whereas BV not so much. I'd say DS wouldn't make a great OC. This isn't a dig nor an endorsement on any of these talented gentlemen. There's a reason why BV has been reluctant to be a HC and I believe it falls well outside his comfort zone.

I truly appreciate both TE and BV and wish them both nothing but the best.

I completely agree with this. Tony may be a better HC than an OC. I don’t think BV is going to like giving up the reigns to his defense, but he will need to. I would not want Dabo as a coordinator. He is a CEO and recruiter.
