Ohio St is currently on probation for serious violations...

So why the eff is ESPN doing an all-access feature on them? Seems like they should be nothing other than an afterthought while they serve their punishment from the NCAA, yet ESPN has decided to sensationalize them.

Great job ESPN.

excellent point. remember all the Clarett stuff. that never stuck to them either. Probably something Urb lined up with his ESPN cronies. I still think he will flame out after a couple years there

bout "student-athletes" or morals or anything else like that.

Why else do you think they allow their reporters like chris broussard to tweet they have "sources" who say chris paul is signing with the clippers, thereby creating the illusion that espn is first to break the news when in fact, Chris Paul announced it himself approximatly 30 minutes PRIOR to broussard's tweet?

espn is pure scum.

Guy that won 2 national championships coming back to his home state to coach one of the top programs in college football. Also, Urban worked for ESPN/ABC last year.

It's all about Urban Meyer's "return to college football"...

the story sells and earns ratings. ESPN cares not a lick about little things like ethics, etc.

funny how the money involved made that particular sanction go away.

The free advertising that ESPN (and others) provide to these schools is exactly what the NCAA should be preventing. But, there's money involved...so what SHOULD happen is of little importance.
