Done great at Colorado State. They are 13-1 including good wins over St Mary's and Creighton.

His team play an exciting brand of up tempo basketball and play hard defense.

He was at Furman and did a good there as well. The reason he might be so attractive he met his wife while at Furman so that is a potential attractive part that knows the area and they might want to come back. Links:

Why not? Look at the job Mike Young is doing at Va Tec. This fellow has experience at a higher level than Mike when he took over at Va Tec. Numerous coaches that would be a better option than we have.
