Why not? Look at the job Mike Young is doing at Va Tec. This fellow has experience at a higher level than Mike when he took over at Va Tec. Numerous coaches that would be a better option than we have.

Does he have backbone and willing to take nothing off anyone. I feel Brad still gets intimidated by other coaches and arenas

Just read his bio. Very impressive. He used the phrase( The Best is Yet to come). Seems a high character guy. Alert Neff.
