Just read this statement on espn.com.

"In the past two years, 16 schools have left or announced they were leaving the Big East"

and you thought the ACC leadership was bad....ouch

7 Formed their own league Which will be known as the the Big East. Leaving the Replacements to be called the America 12.

UConn will be the only Big Original Big East team left and they didn't play D1 football when they joined.
