Tough start for Jeff. Feel badly for him. Always said that some coaches are meant to be assistants. Not all coaches are made to be head coaches. Would Dabo take him back?

He took over a terrible team. He will need at least 4 years to turn that program around.

Really. You honestly think he can go in year one and start competing for conference titles? Get out of here. They might not be very good next year either! But, Coach Scott and his dad will have that program turned around shortly after that. They have to get their type of guys in the program. Guys who don't quit. Guys who embrace the grind and don't mind the work. He needs to get everything else in place 1st from the nutritionist to the tutors to the trainers. Going to be a grind for him - but he is a heck of a recruiter. Then he is in the right area to be successful from a player stand point. It will just take time.

I didn’t think it was possible to have a 30% score. So low, so fast.
Keep up the good work, maybe it’s possible to get to 0%.

It might help if he had a few recruiting classes to see what he can do.
