Correct me if I'm not remembering correct, but I don't think we ran much RPO during his 2 starts his freshman year in place of Lawrence did we? I believe the coaches pretty much took the QB run out of the playbook with no reliable backup behind DJ. Maybe not having to think about the RPO decision allowed him to just go out there and make plays? I'm certainly pulling for him to do well wherever he ends up.

How so? DJ's struggle appears to be some internal mental issue related to unknown factors and made worse by pressure of being QB1. Hopefully he can work through the issue(s) and find success but since multiple variables/inputs are changing there would be no way to pin it on a single item. I know many of our fans want to find a way to blame Streeter and will do so if DJ is successful at the next stop but this would be flawed reasoning for the reasons stated above.
