He thinks every player is great and when he likes a guy, good night it is all he can do to control himself. He'll talk about the guy the whole night and forget anyone else on the team. I especially hated when he did Favre games, you'd think they made love before the game. He also gets a Favre mention in every game, kinda like Vitale with Duke no matter who is playing.

Most commentators spend all their time talking about what someone did wrong while Gruden spends his time talking about what they did right.

Him and Trent Dilfer get on my nerves. I think Gruden would make a better coach. The only reason Dilfer got superbowl rings was because he had great defenses.
