that line of thinking has had me cracking up. FBCoach is laterally using hope and maybe a little prayer that an inspector doesn't find things that he knows will crush the sale of the house, especially the septic issue. So instead of fixing correctly and getting top dollar, lets get down the road of it being 70% sold and then find out that I am going to get hosed.

Its just beyond my comprehension.
