Further embarrassing the sports world if it can be done....

The NBA has done it again.
I saw a highlight of Pacers/Knicks. Now I am neither a Carmelo fan or Knicks, in fact far from it, but the thuggish pushing and fouling on Carmelo with no-calls was an absolute embarrassment to not only the NBA but the sport itself.
It looked exactly like the refs had been either: reading the papers too much and fulfilling the prophecy about the game or
Paid under the table to keep things interesting.
Glad I'm not watching any of this nonsense.

Melo usually initiates the contact. If he is starting the pushing you have to allow the defensive player to establish himself as well. The Knicks as a team also do alot of whining, face wincing, and head swinging to induce calls. They might have cried wolf too many times.

I saw something too this year that p*ssed me off

In Game 6 (elimination game) of Hawks / Pacers series. The commentators were talking about Josh Smith and what a tough competitor he was and how it had to be eating him up inside that he was in foul trouble late in the game and had to watch a critical part of an elimination game from the bench...and they pan over to Josh Smith and he's dying laughing and pointing at something on the court with one of his teammates who was dressed in a suit and wasnt playing that night.
Its cool though because hes only making $13 million this year, so its not like he should feel emotionally invested in his teams season ending.
College has gotten weaker, but it still blows the NBA out of the water.
