There is so much chatter on the internet by people who "think" they know what's best and the entire staff & players are hearing that. The best way to counteract that false narrative is to bring everyone in and go through it. You don't want two staff members that are part of the organisation standing at the water cooler or even players going "DJ is the problem" or "The coach is the problem". So Dabo is giving them the facts. And 100% he's calling himself out too. Dabo will right the ship.
