Conn. One of our 17 hitters. His first AB was a solo shot in the 8th.

Yeah, it's baseball, you'll lose a couple like that. Run up against a pitcher that has a day.

As for being concerned, yes. Several things concerned me. Will Taylor is in a slump. Going back to last season. Surprisingly since he quit to give baseball a 100.

Noticed in the PC game we started to strike out a good bit. That wasn't prevalent last weekend. Hard hit fly, liner right at 3rd base. Even the grounder when you're trying to hit it with the pitch.

Reality setting in that we lost a lot of veteran hitting from last year. That said, we won't know for a few weeks. Lots of great players. May take a while to gel.

That is the most lopsided loss I can recall. Tim Bouret may need to look up the stats on this one.
