Braves made a great decision relocating their stadium.

After years of being ridiculed about empty seats, relocating to where the fans are has the place nearly full most days. Biting the bullet was the right decision.

Cutting capacity of Turner Field by 20% probably plays some small part too.

and it was always a pain, especially during the week, to go downtown to a game at Turner Field. Now, I can get to a game at Truist Field with no problem. It was a great idea to build the new stadium where is it now where the majority of the fans live.
