Solid D until you are up by 10 or its the last 3 minutes of the game. Have at least 2 scoring droughts of 4+ minutes every game. When you get a big lead put the subs in to give it back. When the plan isn't working keep going with it. Play hard and ugly.

Close losses are the story of Brad's tenure. Two last second miracles (against teams we were supposed to handle easily) were fool's gold. Being upset by a bad BC team and lack of execution are things we've come to expect.

I like Brad, but...
