At The End of The Day...

imposing your will on the man in front of you.

That is what football is!!!

Our offense is soft, weak, as we have seen on the field. The statistics prove it. The score board proves it.

Until this is addressed or corrected the Tiger offense will struggle.

The offense needs to grow up and commit to doing what they came to Clemson to do.

Otherwise, they continue to look "bush league."

"Best is the Standard." We have heard this many times before.

It's time for reflection and action!!!!!

Go Tigers!!!!!

belly and play for first time in 4th quarter is promising. Except for that fumble, however sounds like he has learned his lesson about that, after being blasted by Dabo on sidelines. Whatever, hopefully he will learn to play angrily and forget about "staying calm."

Imposing your will....

I've heard more than one OL coach express it this way.

"Run blocking is simply a matter of you moving your man from point A to point B against his will."

or this:

"The difference between run blocking and pass blocking - In pass blocking, a stalemate means you win. In run blocking, a stalemate means you lose."

When an offensive line fails to do both, serious action is needed!!!!

O line struggled in 2020 with a First Round Draft Picks as QB and RB covering for the O line's tepid performance.

# 9 was one of the best backs in recent history at Clemson in 2020. He had little blocking help from his O Line.

O line results continue to decline in 2021.

Where is the bottom???

"Hope" the offensive coaches and players can improve going forward.

However, "Hope" is not a great plan for getting results!
