In 2020 we got our seats for $175 each.
Last year it was $225.

This year it’s $300. Each.

Wow.

One of the hottest tickets in spring sports in the region


I didn’t look, are there more home OOC games now that they’ve been around long enough to get on more folks schedule?

Tickets for everything has gone up. Was trying to get some concert tickets at BOA stadium and they were in the hundreds and that was for the 2nd row from the top. Honestly not sure how many more live events I will be able to make financially in the coming years.

I do hope to catch some softball this year. That was a great time the last game I made.

Supply and demand. When more people want to attend than you have seats for it would be crazy not to increase the price along with the value.

$300 is what the capitalistic market would bear. And, I suspect they are right. Clemson softball took off like a lit rocket from the get-go, and is WILDLY popular. I cannot personally attend, but I never miss watching a game on Ye Olde Interwebs. It's the only Clemson sport you can watch that as yet has not been stained by fan griping at unrealized expectations, historical shortfalls, etc. So far, it is just Joy. And a helluva lot of fun to watch.
