This ad continually blocks content and I have to close it repeatedly - even as I type this message!

Is this standard for a paid membership or is this a glitch?

Hey Bill, ads are only removed at ultimate level. It looks like you are on the free military level, which is the same as premium level.

However that ad is not supposed to block content. Weird things happen when you use the full site on a mobile device as that is not really intended. Have you tried the mobile version lately?

Hey B-Meist®, FIRST, thanks much for providing free membership to military members! Your support for veterans is greatly appreciated.

However, I started ‘contributing’ last year, and during November, my membership automatically renewed with a PayPal payment of ~$50 (don’t recall the precise amount).
