Florida Court Judge is not going to let the ACC and a NC court take away FSU property. He will make sure this is settled or it will end up in Federal court where the ACC loses. Supreme court has ruled that if you want to seize property, you have to do it in the court jurisdiction in which the property is owned. That would be Leon County Florida, not Mecklenburg, NC.

This Florida judge is not having any of the ACC arguments and is not happy about the ACC court shopping for a favorable court in NC.

Watch the court hearing. The FSU attorney presented a great case.
