with cj being a freshman he will be there and starting for at the least one more season..this kid could probably start for a ton of schools..thats a product of having two studs and only one starting role

Ewers got the NIL money , he played the game , got homesick , talked with patrick mahomes , will go to texas tech with a pile of money….
Hate the game not the player , gonna see lots more of this stuff in future , just like players optimg out of bowl games that was started by mcafferty

#1 on Ewers' mind is a fast track to the NFL and Sark represents his best chance for that. As soon as the news broke about the portal, Sark went straight to Ewers' home and had a very long meeting with him.
It's probably not a done deal yet so we'll see. One thing for sure is the Aggies have been ruled out. That being the case, there is no other in-state school I can see him choosing besides UT. IMO, very likely he stays in Texas.
One more thing: There are already a lot of doubts about Sark's ability as a head coach. If Ewers' goes elsewhere, that would be why.
