Aero's post about family reminded me of an ongoing issue

so my family has about 180 acres of farm land. On that farm, somebody has been dumping dead dogs on it. I have game cameras set up to try to find who it is.
The only person I have seen on camera is a cousin who lives (rent free) in a house owned by my family. ###### house, she's down and out with two kids situation.
Come to find out, this ##### is running a dog fighting ring for extra money and is dumping the dead dogs on our property.

because so far she has 4 dogs, 2 pigs, one hamster, and one of those spikey hamsters I forgot the name of.
All inside.
When I went to her house to confront her Saturday, I could smell the urine and feces from steps.

I dunno how dangerous you consider your cousin, but I can tell you that people who run dog fighting rings and those who participate in them aren't really known for their civility or respect for the law. You're basically coming down on a lot of people who make money doing something highly illegal.
May want to punt to the sheriff's office on this.

Best options are:
1. look the other way and ignore it.
2. turn footage over to police and let them figure it out... at that point, you can claim to your fam that you had no clue they were doing this crap.
3. call cops, rat them out, turn over footage, and prepare to "go to the mattresses" when things go south.
4. confront cousin... tell them to at least burry the dang dogs. maybe try to squeeze some money out of them for keeping quiet.
