Yes, his arm was going forward.

No it wasn't an illegal forward pass, why would it be?

As for possible intentional grounding, the ball landed at the feet of an eligible receiver.

I hope I’m wrong but for some reason they are talking about Bennett, not Young.

When Bennett scrambled he fumbled, and I guess they think his arm accidentally going forward when he fumbled is an illegal forward pass.
