and Merritt is worse than both of them. I haven't been able to listen to more than 2 minutes on the radio in years. Hell, I prefer Ed Cunningham to that trio.

How people get so involved about who is announcing. With the exception of Jessie Palmer, I've never even noticed how bad OR good the announcing is. People are like yes Joe Buck or yes Brent Musburger. I don't get it. When I watch football I watch football. Those idiots announcing are just saying basic things most women learn during the game. Sammy Watkins is fast. Martavis Bryant is tall. Logan Thomas is tall. Famous Jameis Winston. I remember during a Note Dame game last year the announcers were cut off for a whole half. Best half of football I've ever watched. Just the sounds and plays.

It was interesting, but a little drab. We need someone to
help us get excited about the game and big plays and point
out strategies, formations, substitutions, etc and maybe
offer some interesting info about players, coaches, fans,
schools, etc without being partial. Sometimes you even
look forward to the tired clichés like "indisputable
evidence"(we get it!) cause like an old friend you just
know they're gonna be there.
