situation in the Middle East due to ball games yesterday. Three American soldiers killed in a drone attack to escalate a bad situation. Over 90 attacks on our guys by Iranian backed groups in the area since Israel-Hamas war started. Waiting for Biden's promised retaliation - one senator pushing to hit Tehran. I am ready to re-enlist - just let me skip the training and send me over.

Thats 3 more plus the 2 Navy seals that died taking over that Houti ship with drone parts. There have been over 150 attacks in the last year but close to 100 attacks on US personnel since start of Isreali war.

I think the Navy found some missiles being shipped from Egypt to Yemen that have direct ties to Iran as well. And do you know that Biden is still giving $6billion to Iran annually today. It was supposed to be a peace offering couple years ago but it just funds those terrorists to continue attacks. Amazingly stupid to be giving Iran money.

Unfortunately, it seems that our “leaders” are not interested in finishing the job over there. The politicians seem to want to keep us involved over there forever. And that just leads to more American lives lost. I remember when Iran took the hostages in the 70s. I was ready to enlist and go turn that place into a parking lot but I was too young and my parents wouldn’t sign for me. And it has been the same story over there ever since.

Hostilities in the Middle East...

date back centuries to the time Abraham.

The Jews are descendants of Abraham’s son Isaac, the promised son who would inherit the blessings of Abraham. The Arabs are descendants of Abraham’s son Ishmael, who was the son of a slave woman.

The primary cause, or more modern origin of the ongoing hostilities, don't date back quite as far. For thousands of years, Jews and Arabs lived in relative peace towards each other as they worked on the trade routes. However, land disputes and competing territorial ambitions would surface. After World War II, the conflict between Palestinian Jews and Arabs expanded to all Arab League countries with the creation of the modern State of Israel in 1948.

Territory regarded by the Jewish people as their historical homeland was also regarded by the Arabs as belonging to the Palestinians which was regarded as Muslim lands. The United Nations gave a portion of the land to the Jewish people. Most Arabs protested vehemently against the nation of Israel occupying that land. So...Arab nations united and attacked Israel trying to drive them out. Ever since, there has been this hostility between Israel and its Arab neighbors.

There is another contributing issue which is religion (i.e., Islam), which a majority of Arabs practice. While the Qur'an instructs Muslims to treat Jews as brothers, it also commands Muslims to attack Jews who refuse to convert to Islam. It hasn't helped that some Arab groups have publicly stated that Israel must be "wiped off the map" and completely destroyed.

You don't want to reenlist for this government. There must be a revolt against it. The good ones are leaving by the droves. Some only one or two years from retirement. Our military service folks go through a DAILY attempt by the military to brainwash them to accept every ungodly liberal and woke movement known to the devil. They are using the Hitler technique. Make the older ones accept liberalism or get them out. The young ones coming in are easily brainwashed.

The retention rates are 45 percent below what is needed and they wonder why. The Air Force sent out emails to all Air Force and Air Guard members celebrating their first trans gender drill instructor. They had velcro patches for individual service wings to wear on uniforms to celebrate Gay Pride month. They couldn't make airmen/airwomen wear them but wanted them to. They told them you will celebrate Gay Pride Month or say NOTHING against it. If you are an upper level officer (major and up) they want you to conform those under you to be 'Less White'. White people are generally conservative, won't accept other sexual preferences, are resistant to change, won't have an open mind to other cultures and liberal ways of looking at things. They now have this 'You're Hurting My Feelings' card. If the physical part is too strenuous or are being chewed out for a big screw-up you can hold up this card and the officer has to walk away and let you do whatever you want.

They mandated that all service people had to take the covid shot and the follow up one. One airman (a pilot) didn't want to take the shot but our enemies in Washington came up with if you didn't take it you would be kicked out with a dishonorable discharge. Yes, thats right. The pilot took the shot. That night he developed a 104.5 teperature, heart racing away, freezing but had big drops of sweat dripping from him and aching all over so bad he felt like he had been beat with a sledge hammer. The shot almost killed him. He was mandated by five different doctors not to take the follow up that there was a high chance it would kill him. Biden's administration had appointed a liberal doctor over several bases and told him he would take the follow up he wasn't letting anyone get away from taking it no matter what. All five doctors provided written proof of their analysis and the pilot was NOT to take the second shot. Want to know what your government thinks about the really good service people we are dependent upon? The government doctor told him he was taking the shot. He was to go to a hospital, they were going to pump him full of IV's before the shot, he would receive the shot and they would take him straight into a reserved room with a nurse to sit with him at all times to help him. How about that? By the way, this pilot has had around fifteen missions to the Middle East and several hundred air combat hours. Has more awards than many of the colonels above him. Yes, he just got out. I can go on and on with things 'our' government has done to harm our military service people and the military itself.

I appreciate your ardor. If you really want to help America take up your rifle and head to Washington instead of overseas. That's where our real enemy resides.

All of this started when Biden took us from an energy independent nation to one depending on Middle East oil. It triggered a bunch of unintended consequences that most intelligent people understood would happen. Combined with allowing Iran to sell their oil and much of Europe depending on Russia for energy, it emboldened Russia to invade the Ukraine and for Iran to supply their surrogates with drones and missiles. Honestly, as per Robert Gates, former Defense Secretary, just about every position that Biden takes on foreign policy has been wrong ever since he has been in elected office. Why did anyone think he would get this right?

Without getting into a detailed debate, there is more than one way to define "energy independence". Even when Trump was still president or shortly thereafter we still depended on Middle East oil, although we produced enough to export some. In the Biden years, oil production is basically flat from 2019.

Here is one article that I thought was interesting.
