I thought he played soft and lacked fight. The 9 man or the Boundary WR in the Dabo Clemson offense is most prestigious and important WR position on the field. All of the studs that have come through the program the last 10yrs have manned that spot. Nuk, Mike Dub, and Tee have excelled and established the standard for that position. Ngata was suppose to be the next to take the mantle. It's just one game so they'll be more opportunities, but he's got to show more "want to" than he did last night. What summed up his whole night was on the DJ fumble he looked like he had the ball secured with both hands for a clear recovery, but he let the GT player just rip the ball out of his hands like Deebo stealing people's chains and bike in the movie "Friday".

I too thought he'd be teh man this year, after what he was able to do last year.

Beaux Collins showed that when he scored.
Antonio Williams may be our next Amari Rogers.
I think this whole receiving group really need to work on better route running and securing the ball at the end of the routes.

When B.Collins catches a contested pass when the ball hits him in both hands, then I'll congratulate him.
It's good that he caught the wide open TD pass, though.

for getting open in the first place. This is something our other receivers can't seem to do.
When a receiver gets separation and makes a catch, he's done his job well.
I'm looking forward to big things from Beaux Collins.

What has he done since he stepped on campus that would put in the same conversation with Nuk and Mike? He is a bust unless he proves otherwise.

They had NFL guys littered throughout their secondary and he got all those yards even with a shaky DJU throwing him the ball. That plus Dabo hyping him up every chance he got was where the expectations came from.

Possession must e clearly established, so it is important not to incorrectly award a player for momentary control of the loose ball.

For the ball like a Sammy, nuk, or mike Williams. A lot of guys who if the ball is not perfect they won’t try too hard
