It’s pretty cool that we are playing for a gold medal

with a roster full of new faces, without two projected starters on next year’s team. Great job by our players and coaches!
Bring home the gold, Tigers!

It's a nice surprise . We have some nice young players that seem to have meshed with our transfers and veterans early. Will be interesting to see the season play out . We will not be very big but we have a team full of energy .
Go Fighting Brownells !

The international games are working out well

for getting the players in sync. Timing with all the injuries and roster changes is good for the team.
Also, great to see the hoopsters finishing games so strongly - bodes well for the season.

And it looks like they've really grown into a team already.***

as a leader, something I felt last years team lacked, even with the three seniors. Very pleasantly surprised so far. These type trips are normally a very positive thing in building chemistry, and winning builds confidence.
Still think it's an uphill grind in our league with the injuries, but this adds some optimism that we might be able to figure out a way to beat the odds.
BTW, has anyone heard anything on if Bahre and Trapp have had their surgeries, and if so, when?

Baehre has surgery and is recovering well

from what I’ve heard. He is with the team in Italy.
I don’t believe Trapp has had surgery yet, although I am not 100% sure.
With ACL recoveries being faster than ever before, I’m optimistic that both can be ready to go by January.

I really hate Trapp missed the trip due to injury. I am sure it has been a wonderful experience.

Have you had a chance to watch the game yesterday, Striperfan and Judge K? It's still on the site to watch the replay?

all the best foreign players come to the USA to play for our college teams. Their international teams are a bunch of left overs from countries with 1/10th of our population. Let's not get too excited yet.

I am very excited for this team. And hopefully this builds some chemistry and confidence with this team. But we go down this road every year, only to have Lucy yank the ball away in February. I will reserve judgement until we get into league play.

It's a helluva surprise. We needed it, but still surprising. I think they are better without Trapp. . .
