When will be we back to Championship football?

I don’t see us getting back to the top of CFB with the staff we have now. IMO Dabo better sack up and make a big boy call. We need a rebuild on this staff. We were the standard of college football and now we have been embarrassed by the coots.

So, let me get this straight. You pretend to be a Tiger fan but only seem to care if they are playing for a national championship every year. It's been all of four years, friend. Before 2016 it was 35 years including 8 additional years with Danny Ford at the helm following his one and only championship season. You can pretend you're a better coach than everyone on Clemson's staff but you're not. You can stomp and cuss and pop that little vein out on your forehead but nothing is going to change. Sometimes a program has to go through some rough patches to see where the weaknesses are. Clemson is still a top tier program and easily capable of competing for national championships on any given year. Most other teams in the country can't say that. And, remember, it's only been two years since Clemson last competed for a national championship, not 20. And we got beat even with one of our better teams ever because sometimes other people have better players. We need better QB play to be sure but even with Watson or Lawrence at the helm the rest of the offense isn't good enough to win a playoff game and most of these players are Elliot and Venables era recruits. Who were both still here last year and Clemson still lost three games. Sometimes you do your best and you miss. But then it's easy to whine from the bleachers when you don't have your misses broadcast on national TV.
