Most ACL's can be diagnosed without an MRI so I expect the medical staff had an idea of the problem before he left the field.

ER doc here and that is absolutely not true that most ACL tears can be diagnosed without MRI - joint instability on initial exam is rare and if it's there then yeah, you pretty much know - but physical exam is very insensitive and non-specific. You need the MRI. That being said I'm not holding out much hope - mechanism was exactly the same as Gurley's and it's basically the textbook way to tear an ACL (planting on a flexed knee)

Thank you Doc. Most on here don't want to hear your truth though. They have their google medical degrees and are hall of fame Xbox coaches. A real Dr or D1 coach is overpaid, so why do we need them they wonder.

Clemson is controlling the information and limiting those who would tarnish Clemson's persona. IMO, there's nothing wrong with neither CU's attitude nor Dabo's coach speak.
I wouldn't elaborate on anything that might give someone else an edge in beating my team either.

as everyone has been speculating? Wow, if Clemson fans were pissed Saturday for running DW a gazillion times, then imagine the reaction if they find out he was fine but the coaches held him out the second half just to be safe. News like that would only make Stoudt's 3 interceptions Saturday more comical.
