Hill Watch?"...let me just recall for the youngsters...If my memory is correct, we started with Tiger Rags...and the coots shortly thereafter had "Cockerchiefs". We started yelling,"Orannnnnge...WHiiiiiitte..", and the coots began doing ,"Gayyyyyme...Cawwwwwks",...We started putting little Paws on our cheeks...the Gamecocks started putting little #### symbols on theirs...We palyed in the national championship where the team ran throught 10 foot tall gas torches...and show nuff'..the Coots bought some of their own and now run through them in Willie Brice...I am surprised they haven't copied our "Running down the Hill", with their own little version, where they could run from across the tracts and call it,"Runnin' out the Hood"....
The only original thing original thing they have done is 2001.....Correct me if I'm wrong...

enterprising youngster should trick Cocky into meeting him for a cocktail before the game this year, steal his outfit, put it over the top of a Tiger Costume...make his way into that shower stall...and when they drop the curtain in Columbia..Let out the biggest Tiger Roar you have ever heard....It could be done. Call Tom Cruise for help if you need to ...but it could be done...and personally, I know a new student from Abingdon that just might have the stones for it...

It was a stolen idea after that idiot Teddy Heffner saw/heard it while attending an Elvis Pressley concert and recommended it to the Athletic Department.
Of course, running through a bunch of fire extinguishers is something they swiped from hundreds of high schools across the country who were doing the exact same thing.
UofSC's original ideas include things like parking lot sexcapades, hand jobs in the stands, Sir Spur, the large chocolate chicken statue, throwing water bottles at opposing players, Spurrier on a Stick, the SupurLid hats, the "My C0c# is Smelly" t-shirts, and the ever popular middle finger salutes from Coots sitting in the end zones given when opposing players score.

Even 2001 isn’t original. They took that from a sci-fi movie! They took the hedges idea from Athens, too. I think the only things unique to scar are the chicken in a dress and magic show!
