Does a 5 star recruit really mean anything?

We make a big of 5 stars but when you look around college football you see a lot of 3 and 4 star guys putting up big #s.

How does that gamecock WR end up at James Madison? Spencer is a 5 star and DJ. But when you look at their # for the season??????

Seems like a kid on a super high school team get 5 stars. But maybe his team just good.
