Did I run into a psychopath last night? You be the judge

We are currently vacationing in Pageland, SC, and last night I was in a truck stop bathroom, and one stall had two men in it. I must've sat there looking through the crack in the door for 5 minutes but from what I could tell no one was using the bathroom in there. Finally all of a sudden this dude stands straight up. No wiping noises, nothing. Just stands straight up, says "Thar she blows!!!!".
