Yes he was a Great o earth! I believe it was the 1969 team that won the NBA title. I was 12 years old and loved basketball. They only showed one game a week on TV and that was usually Sunday afternoon. I can still remember the starting 5 of the Knicks championship team. Willis Reed, Walt Frazier, Earl the Pearl Monroe, Bill Bradley, and Dave DeBuscher (sp). Unfortunately, I have little to no interest in the NBA now. Ever since Larry Bird, Michael Jordan, and Magic Johnson along with David Robinson and Tim Duncan retired, I could care less about it. About the only player I enjoy watching S Curry but I usually just watch highlights of that.
