Come football season every USuC fan will be preaching how they are in the almighty SEC and how the ACC sucks, then they don't even play the top two teams in the league. (Alabama & LSU) just can wait til we put a good Ol whoopin on the SEC this year!! Go Tigers!!!

and yall barely beat a terrible Auburn team (both combined for a 1-15 record in the SEC), I dont think its a stretch to think that the quality of opponent in the SEC is higher than the ACC
Talk all you want about the LSU win, most of those players had their foot out the door on the way to the NFL and yall needed a last second FG to win.
Granted that last drive was impressive

Considering USC beat the slop out of Wofford by 17 points at 'home' I don''t see where the USC program or any supporter of said program has anything at ALL to rail about, especially when it pertains to margin of victory over quality of opponent. Do you? And though USC 'slaughtered' Wofford by 17 points, the actual game was MUCH closer than that score indicated. SEC, SEC, SEC!!!

We are hanging our hats on playing 2 SEC teams. We are bragging about beating LSU. Without those 2 games this year our SOS sucks. JMHO.

I thought beating Clemson was impressive until I saw we could do it with a backup qb and rb, at your place and at night on Nat'l tv.
But now that I listen to you guys and how unimpressive we are I guess our win over you is not that great. I mean how can a great team lose to such an overrated team? Must mean the great team just wasn't all that!!

As badly as Clemson played, the game was still entirely undecided until the $EC refs pretty much giftwrapped the win for you.

Right. No way we win without the refs. I mean you guys were moving the ball so well no telling how many points you could have scored.
As Jon Lovitz used to say, yep, the refs beats us, that's the ticket.
It is a shame that you guys choose to play badly everytime you play South Carolina. I think it's called crapping in your britches.

Sort of like the bogus interference call where we would have had the ball inside the 50 on an interception. Oh I get it, that was a good call but those against Clemson were bogus.
So refs beat you, our bowl was unimpressive, SEC overrated, SEC east is weak, ACC good, Clemson plays bad when they play South Carolina. What other excuse did I leave out? Oh, we play easy game week before, you were looking ahead, I have to be leaving something out because for you to lose by avg of almost 20 points per game to us for last 4 years has nothing to do with the two teams on the field. Yep, that's the ticket.

I am glad your happy with a Tommy Bowden reincarnate as your head coach. Other than beating Clemson, you hasn't really accomplished any thing else unless of course you count landing on NCAA probation (again), getting some nifty 5th place rings, or consistently leading the standings for the Fulmer Cup.
You must be very proud.

were you living 100 years ago?? We won 2 Nat'l titles the last 3 years and played for a 3rd, you ever done that?
You won a title over 30 years ago, which is a great accomplishment, wish we had one but it was over 30 years ago!!
You have won 1 ACC title in 20+ years and then proceeded to get beaten down in a bowl game against a team with a pulse. By the way, how did you do against South Carolina the year you won your ACC title?
But hey, history is fun, I'll take what we're doing and you like where your team is so we should both be happy.
I doubt I'll be as miserable as you've had to feel the last 4 years, but hey, maybe we can play our 3rd string rb, another basketball player and a 4th string qb, maybe that will even the odds for you guys.

Thompson did not help the situation nor did the 310 yds& 3 TDs nor did the 38 mins TOP.
I might have helped if Boyd had completed more than one pass in the last 3 Qtrs or not thrown 2 INTs or that Watkins\Hopkins would have caught more than 2 passes against the "overrated" SC defense, but it always easier to "blame the officials".
Most interesting stat is that SC QBs have outrushed Clemson leading rusher in each of the last three games.
