What a great win that couldn't have come at a better time - both for optics and for team confidence!!!
Really appreciate CBB's credit to other teams and coaches during interviews. I suspect he maintains respect with other coaches, not just on the floor but with his character in the interview room. Some have mocked it, but he has remained consistent through good and bad....having the ability to stay balanced in his comments and support the other coach as much as he praises his own team. Kudos.

What a great win today! Major kudos to Coach BB and to the entire team. I hope this play that was on display today for all the world to see continues and becomes the standard. I really believe it can, but time will tell. I'm one of the ones who has grown tired of Coach BB's lack of consistent coaching performance, but nothing will make me more happy than for this team, and this coach, to catch fire and become the team we all have wanted for a long time. Very proud of this absolutely totally solid performance today. Clemson Basketball does matter. Go Tigers!!!

They'll lay an egg against the worst team in the ACC and then destroy one of the best teams. They lack consistency and that's gonna kill 'em in the Tournament. They need to figure it out soon because Baylor, Alabama and others are going to eat their lunch. Love my Tigers, but they have to get better as a team.

Finally a realist shows up! I get it! Brownell has been the model of inconsistency. He has the talent to have outright won the ACC this year. Perhaps the tournament. However, UNC and Duke have different level talent. We lack those McDonald’s All Americans at every position and it shows. Some have developed where others have stagnated. I fully expect Duke to destroy us in round one and end our hopes for another NCAA tournament. It’s a shame. This group has he ability to play with any team when they are hot. They just can’t get out of their own way at times. If Saint Mary’s College can build a powerhouse, why can’t we? If Gonzaga can, why can’t we?! We’re in a better league. Bigger budget, better facilities, better everything except basketball program. It’s ludicrous! It all falls on the coach. The right coach can build a final four team anywhere. It’s time we had a program that’s a fixture in the elite eight, final four, etc
