anyone have trouble with espn3 & Time Warner?

My ISP is Time Warner, but have DirecTV for TV. Apparently Time Warner will not let you access the espn3 feature if you do not have their cable as well as their internet service.

Same problem here. Luckily I have Time Warner for our beach condo so I can log on under that account. You would think since you have internet service with them that ESPN 3 would be available to you seeing how it is an internet channel. Go figure.

Does anyone have an account they don't mind sharing? I have freaking Windstream and DirectTV, so I'm SOL.

2nd question, I saw Verizon listed..... I have a Verizon iPhone, can I use that?

nope, it didn't work for me, got an error message that basically said I had to have cable service with them to access espn3.
