The raw truth is...

Paul Finebaum says Alabama lost to Clemson because they were worn out from the SEC grind last year while Clemson never got their uniforms dirty in the ACC. (Even though they averaged winning by 31 pts per game.)

When Dabo was asked my media about Paul Paul Finebaums statement he replied by saying;

"some people seem to have amnesia...6 or 7 years ago before anyone in the ACC could win big games, they said it was because our soft ACC schedule didn't prepare us for these kind of heavyweight matchups...now they're saying our easy ACC schedule help us be rested for these heavyweight matchups....they can't have it both ways!"

(Let me add, Dabo didn't say the ACC was better than the SEC, he did say, the sec had 2 or 3 really great teams then a bunch of hit and miss teams, but he wasn't bashing the SEC or building up the ACC, just simply responding to Paul Finebaums derogatory Clemson comment)

Now today they are attacking him for not giving a championship ring to Kelly Bryant who quit the team last year after week 4 due to being replaced as starting QB by freshman Trevor Lawrence...Dabo has said nothing but nice things about Kelly Bryant, but did not think giving him a ring was right...."you quit the team, no ring."

I would be ashamed to accept a ring from a team I quit on.

He could have stayed and not played but support the team from the sidelines, but he chose to QUIT....you don't reward quitters!

One more thing....

The SEC network has become the "Clemson Network" since Clemson beat Bama so badly in January. Every day they keep talking about Clemson....the truth is Dabo wouldn't be facing any of these attacks if he had lost that game to Alabama.

Now it makes sense why poor loosers like Paul Finebaum want to reward quitters, He's made a career out of talking about other people, so why not give a young man a ring someone else earned. That's not how it works in CLEMSON.

YeP & Finebomb today said Kelley did NOT quit team but instead was a grad & played 4 games.

So, did Kelley quit? I say yes since Dabo was surprised & made a statement to the effect they would wait a day or two to see if his hurt would subside & see if he returned.

He didn't thus he Quit Paul!

At the end of the day, Paul is entitled to his opinion...
