Agree that the question shouldn't have been a difficult one for Ketanji Brown Jackson. The correct answer with a few exceptions is XX born with female reproductive organs.
Now that that brain teaser has been dealt with, Justice to be Brown Jackson will not actually take her seat on the SCOTUS until June or July when Justice Breyer steps down, so she will not have a say on Roe v Wade.
