I love Clemson, it was a great win over ND, Mafah had a great day, the defense played great, but .... (insert any one or multiple negative jabs at the Tigers) and there you have it.

Int the 4th quarter we could have, should have put ND away if we make a score of any kind OR JUST MAKE FIRST DOWNS. But instead, we repeatedly go 3-out, funble the ball, snap over the QBs head, and give the ball back to ND 3, 4,5, times in a one score game. The D saved our butts big time, along with incredible punts by Swanson. Yes, overall great game against a really great opponent, but there is still work to do on the Offense to get us back to where we want to be.
This is a message board and fans are here to discuss this stuff. If you don’t like just hit ignore me and you will be free of analysis of Clemson football.

Do you ever have a happy day? I doubt it. You’re too busy complaining. Sounds like you’re looking for perfection in the Clemson football team. It will never happen. They’re just a bunch of imperfect kids playing a game. Here’s some news for you, you’re not perfect either. Your mommy lied to you. You seem to not understand that a Clemson football game is not life or death to “normal” people, but it seems like it is to you.
Everything you said about our team’s failures could also be said about Notre Dame by their fans too. For all the bad things we did in the second half, Notre Dame wasn’t perfect enough to capitalize on any of them. Quit taking a game played by a bunch of kid’s so seriously. And tell your brother, Tyler, not to get involved with the running of the Clemson football program again. It is not his job, nor is it yours.

The REALITY for me is that I'm a Tiger through and through and not just a fan. If you don't like it because I don't like negative around, then ignore me because I won't quit.
There's nothing wrong with analysis when you have a clue and are able to influence change. Analysis includes more than regertating what was seen. What are the whys?
When you identify a problem, notify someone with influence and see what happens.

I get Ellsworth Toohey vibes from so many of these Tnetters. I gather from your post that you’re happy with the win as 100% of Clemson fans are. Did we play a complete game? Not on offense. It’s okay- we won. I will respect you as a fan who appreciates this win but still expects more out of our Tigers- nothing wrong with that.

The people that think you cant celebrate a big win while also discussing areas that need improvement. Or that message boards are not just for sunshine pumping circle jerks. Or that you can have an opinion that they dont share. Violate any of those areas and you can be sure to get TDs galore.

Given the level of inconsistency this year, "but" seems to have some relevance. "But" I do like what we saw on Saturday and think we can build off of it.

and we took a back route through your neck of the woods in Pendleton to get outta Dodge and went by Macs. I haven't been in there in years, but back when I did, I always thought the food and service was average with the draw being the Clemson memorabilia. Wonder if you or any of your teammates are in any of the many Clemson pictures on the walls? I remember they once had life sized posters of Fridge and Tree Rollins lol. And Danny Ford used to go there a lot. He's probably not far from you. You ever talk to him? I ask a lot of questions, don't I?

I do not understand the people on this board that seem to see any reservations or questions as traitorous. I was ecstatic all weekend over our victory on Saturday - perhaps too influenced for a grown man to be.
BUT, I can still remember the Miami & NC State games, too. So while I saw very uplifting things from the run game and the defense, I have not gotten amnesia from drinking the Kool-ade. It is possible to be all-in on the program - and still have questions about it, too.
I'll be at the GT game in full-throated support of our guys, but we have to keep improving to finish this season strong. Go Tigers !!
