Who has an XBOX One? I ran the DirecTV feed thru the XBOX as per instructions, and its downloading a monstrous update for the next hour or whatever before I can do anything with it. How well does this work, i.e., voice commands to switch inputs? Can you power on the XBOX with voice? Still gotta use the DTV remote to turn the TV/box on, so I'm becoming increasingly skeptical of the advantages up in heah. Tell me what you do, Junge.

Xbox commands will turn on Xbox and tv/whatever else you need - soundbar, etc.

First download took forever, iirc.

very update that has come along between when it was manufactured and now. It's pretty ######, but it is what it is.

As for the kinect, you can power on/of the xbox with voice, as well as a ton of other commands (there is a screen that lists all of them on the help side. Usually, the most useful is "Xbox snap (app name) and it'll snap things like NFL scores on your screen.
