He is much improved over last season. Making better throws, and running better. I wish our ol and secondary had improved as much.

He has been much better than last year. That is great because we really need him to be solid with an average OL at this point and shaky receiver play at times.

Like Cade a lot, but he needs more time to settle in before he takes over

DJ has improved a decent amount since last year and I am proud of him for that. If this oline and the receivers can get their act together, this would be a top 20 offense for sure.

Think about the drops EJ had. That completion % would have been that much better. The offense gets 1st downs and we likely score more points.

DJ had a good game; with some help it could have been better.

Drops are a part of the game...WR's need to play better

Sep 11, 2022, 11:20 AM

but, overall, I thought DJ and the WR's were better yesterday.

Let's see if that translates to next week and so on.

Adam Randall's insertion into lineup will also be interesting to see.

I think DJ can be really good for us. We saw it two years ago. He just needs his supporting cast to help out and maybe be more vocal with them to push them to be their best.
