ESPN says Auburn has been in negotiations with Freeze for weeks.

Whoever they hire, they will have been in negotiations for weeks. Multi-year, multi-million dollar contracts are hammered out in a day or two.

I'm sure Auburn has been talking with 3 or 4 people for the past month.

And, in the case of Kiffin and Freeze, it's easy. Jimmy Sexton is the agent for both of them.

I can not relate to anyone that has a job where being right or wrong is irrelevant. If being right or wrong doesn’t matter, then your job doesn’t matter, so why is anyone paying you?
