Softball 2023 ACC tourney at ND?

Why IN the world would we have a rising sport like softball and have the tournament at ND who is not a full fledged member of the ACC.

Pittsburgh was a joke with limited seating, Park dimensions and distance to majority of top proposals (although VT was close by).

Why keep it in the North with Duke, FSU, Clemson having top programs. Have it at anyone of those, not ND.

I'm done. Just don't understand the logic.
