I don't see anyone crying for them. I see people commenting about the travesty. Kind of like some dude hurt/killed by someone in this country illegally and should have never been here. I don't cry for the "some dude" but I can comment on the travesty. Understand the difference.

I could careless about FSU. Hope they lose every game. To me its the principle of the matter that they should have been in as a UNDEFEATED conference champ. It could have been name whatever team I would feel the same. The game isn't played today so no one can rightfully know what they will look like a month from now.

WE are the ones crying about being left out right now, at the expense of the SEC and ALABAMA. Like it or not, we are still part of the ACC, and the whole conference just got thrown out with the wash water.

Sad that this has to actually be explained. An undefeated ACC champion just got passed up by two 1-loss champions of other conferences and people can’t see how this is an issue for ACC member Clemson. This sets the stage for us to miss the 12-team playoff with 1 loss or miss out on a bye as an undefeated. If we are staying in the ACC we need to fight for it like members of the conferences leaving us behind fight for theirs.

So let me get this correct …. Your take is to bad for them snd screw them becsuse it’s not Clemson. Well guess what next time it WILL be Clemson!! If you don’t think this precedent will not be the beginning of leaving out any ACC or Big12 team you are crazy. Until Clemson leaves this conference, you are #### right I’m outraged!!!!!!

Yup, the ACC will have to work 10 times as hard as the power 2 conferences to get one of the top 4 "bye" spots in the new 12 team CFP and the CFP committee made it obvious that there are many willing to play along moving forward.

I just hate FSU, and I remain absolutely tickled that they missed the expanded playoffs by a year.
If Clemson wants to avoid the same thing, then we better stop whining like a bunch of babies get the #### out of the ACC

The fact is that there is way more to it than just whining about FSU being left out. This is us every year going forward. Yes even with a 12 team playoff. The message we were just given was loud and clear. All teams outside the SEC and the BIG are second class citizens, and in order to get seat at the table we will need to be head and shoulders above any alternative.
That is going to get significantly more difficult now because players will go to where the money is and that ain't here.
Then there is the fact that FSU is WAY more likely to leave the ACC after that disaster.
And finally that decision affected 22 schools not just FSU. All 11 ACC bowl bound schools were kicked down one knotch and their opponents got shuffled to make for better matchups. We lost a significant amount of money because of this.
Trust me I hate FSU as much as you do but this hurt Clemson and I hate that way more.
