Personally, I think claiming UT as number 1 keeps the pressure off of him. I kind of hope he doesn't commit to Clemson soon. The pressure will be ratched up in Knoxville if/when he does.

coaching from not only coaches that are placing WR's in the NFL on a regular basis, including lower starred players like Adam Humphries and Jaron Brown, but they've also got tomorrow's NFL draft picks on our roster contributing alongside. Our camps are skill builders in a highly competitive environment, not recruiting combines like so many others. It's really amazing to see this evolve like it has.

I hope the speculators are correct. Were he to choose UT, my guess is he would spend a couple of seasons with a team that will be on probation.

Agreed! I don't understand all the love the pundit sare giving TN. My guess is they will unravel quickly once they play somebody other than usuc or Vandy. It does seem a bit strange that suddenly recruits have them so high on their lists. I smell something going on there.

Maybe he's decided he wants a great education, a chance to win titles, and the opportunity to be high draft pick in a couple of years. Why wait until February?

All Im gonna say here is...champagne goes pretty darn well with a Cookout.
Btw, we had Gary. Simple as that. Captain Douchenozzle (some folks call him Jim Harbaugh) pulled some BS that was about as terrible and sleazy as anything I've heard at the very last second to get Gary in the fold.

That's a part of it. There were some other...disincentives that I've heard were put forth. They also threatened to pull the game at Michigan's stadium from Paramus, but that was just a small portion.

area code, or identity of the caller who staged that bottom-feeding voice mail in the middle of the night before Gary's visit to CU? It's impossible under the Patriot Act for that kind of record not to be kept, especially at a public high school. Maybe for a NJ program looking for some state championship and national swag it's okay having Big Jim Hairbo, national icon, hero of the hard worker, stage a ploy like that, in exchange for a commencement speech? Satellite camp funding?
Look the other way it's okay that's the way we play.

foreseeable future, plus our truckload of QB talent that's assembling, and, oh right, the dudes we got on campus just now at WR, we could almost play hockey style on offense - changing out entire backfields in different formations as we please. 60 minutes of splatter.
With our trenches on both sides of the line amassing rolling boulders of doom on a now continuous cycle, it's schoolyard time for the skill and boundary players.
Go Tigers! And Go Tee! No Fear!

Renfrow is his own dude. Amari is similar to Scott 2.0, but better in almost every aspect except aggressiveness with regards to running style. Renfrow is a true slot receiver who should have a solid NFL career if he doesn't have concussion issues. Ultra quick cuts in his routes with great concealment; better speed, hands, and routes than Amari or Artavis

I think he will need to bulk up to make it long term in the NFL. He could do it but at the same time he benefits a lot from having DW and 5 star type receivers around him. He will get a shot no doubt and I'll be rooting for him to be all pro.

of room. To me it's the route running and space creation that Amari has shown on film that reminds me of Hunter, and he's quick. Amari also reminds me a bit of Nuk in his toughness in getting the ball and moving after the catch, but Nuk has been so long ago now that Hunter's the closest thing. Each wave keeps raising the bar. Think our coaches and staff have anything to do with that?
Amari not any of the above yet, but to me he has the foundation to be something of them both once he grows and toughens into a college player over the next year and some. One thing's for sure, if WR is your game, Clemson should be #1 on your list if you can stand the competition.
