I do believe you are onto something with the military industrial complex wanting anyone at the top who advocates for world peace gone and I'm sure they would have pushed for it but as far as hatching the plan, coordinating the logistics and carrying it out, definitely the CIA

There was an interesting documentary on the History channel about ten or so years ago titled "The Men Who Killed Kennedy". It pointed heavily to the Mafia which has had ties to the CIA and and its original entity, the OSS, since WWII. Recently began reading " A Woman I Know" by Mary Haverstick. It's about a female pilot who with several other women trained in the Mercury astronaut program, but was denied the opportunity to advance. Began working for Castro wbile spying for the CIA. She admitted to being in Dallas at Redbird airport, now Dallas Executive airport, as the pilot of a plane several people noticed had idled for more than two hours on the tarmac. One of the last stops on a bus pass Oswald had was at that airport. Only read half the book at this point. A search with the book and author will bring up an NYT book review for those interested.

Before I was born but the CIA was definitely the ones that didn’t want the world to know they worked with evil to get advanced technology and JFK wanted the government to be transparent with the people, they felt they had to kill him to keep their secrets.

Who was Clint Murkeson?
Who did JFK hold responsible for The Bay of Pigs?
When did JFK vow to have US troops home from Vietnam?

Who was LBJ’s psychiatrist and why was he paid $1 million dollars? Where are his treatment records for LBJ?
Why have all of the JFK files not been released to the public as they were supposed to be? What president promised to release everything, until he saw what was contained within and then released just a little tiny amount?
